href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>的市場(chǎng)，當(dāng)然包括中國的市場(chǎng)。第二個(gè)問題世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>可以用于通信以來，已經(jīng)到現(xiàn)在整整四十年了，這四十年來大家知道，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>已經(jīng)發(fā)生了很大的變化，已經(jīng)在世界上廣泛應(yīng)用，當(dāng)然在2002—2003年在世界上形成<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>發(fā)展的低潮，到現(xiàn)在為止<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>基本上又恢復(fù)穩(wěn)定.<BR><BR>　　這個(gè)圖是KMI公司對(duì)<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量的預(yù)測(cè)，這個(gè)預(yù)測(cè)在今年4月份做出，這里面我要說明一下，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>復(fù)蘇、恢復(fù)發(fā)展比預(yù)期要好得多，我記得去年11月份，在美國54間國際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)會(huì)議上KMI也做了同樣的預(yù)測(cè)，當(dāng)初的預(yù)測(cè)比現(xiàn)在要低，按照當(dāng)初預(yù)測(cè)從2005年到2010年發(fā)展速度是10%，但是僅僅過了半年，KMI公司就把它的預(yù)測(cè)修整了一倍，從2005到2010年發(fā)展速度應(yīng)該達(dá)到10%。 <BR><BR>　　KMI公司也預(yù)測(cè)，到2010年世界上<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>總需求量達(dá)到將近一億芯公里。當(dāng)然現(xiàn)在不同的公司預(yù)測(cè)可能有一些差別，我大概給大家介紹一下。比如KMI公司預(yù)測(cè)2005年全世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>的需求量6100萬芯公里左右，但是CRU預(yù)測(cè)，2005年全世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量大概7570萬芯公里，比2004年增長21%?？祵幑驹诮衲?月份進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)，2005年全世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量大概是6800萬芯公里，比2004年增長15%。我們可以看到這個(gè)預(yù)測(cè)還是有一定的差距，但是不管怎么樣，很明顯的一點(diǎn)，現(xiàn)在亞太市場(chǎng)是世界上最主要的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>市場(chǎng)，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量2005年到2010年占到世界需求量的46%，中國又是亞太地區(qū)最大的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>市場(chǎng)，這個(gè)圖表是賽特顧問公司對(duì)國內(nèi)<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量的預(yù)測(cè)，粉紅色表示需求量，根據(jù)賽特公司的預(yù)測(cè)，在2010年國內(nèi)<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量達(dá)到2900萬芯公里，增長從2005年到2010年增長率平均達(dá)到10%，大家也可以看到，2008年、2009年、2010年的增長速度還是加大的。賽特公司估計(jì)2005年中國<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>需求量消耗量大概是1740萬芯公里，比2004年增長大概10%左右。大家可以看到，由于前幾年在<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>泡沫的時(shí)期，由于產(chǎn)量大大增加，導(dǎo)致<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>價(jià)格下降很快，預(yù)測(cè)大陸<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>價(jià)錢的變化，在1991年我加入德國西康公司，那時(shí)候我到中國進(jìn)行訪問，那時(shí)候<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>價(jià)格大概是一百美元一公里左右，到2000年我離開西康的時(shí)候，那時(shí)候價(jià)格每公里33到35美元左右，到現(xiàn)在單磨<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>的價(jià)格已經(jīng)是10到13美元左右，甚至有的還要低一點(diǎn)。 <BR><BR>　　由于世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>的產(chǎn)能仍然是過剩的，所以就導(dǎo)致了世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)生重新整合。世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>產(chǎn)業(yè)的重新整合：一是<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本趨勢(shì)；二是一體化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)所需要的投資預(yù)算；三是<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>產(chǎn)業(yè)重新整合的方式；四是未來的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 <BR><BR>　　<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本趨勢(shì)：1、世界<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)的本地化。由于<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>特別是<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>價(jià)格降得很厲害，利潤率大大下降，在這種情況下，運(yùn)輸成本和關(guān)稅成了很關(guān)鍵的因素，氣候和市場(chǎng)等都影響，形成<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>生產(chǎn)的本土化。2、綜合性或者一體化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。大家知道，現(xiàn)在<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)一般屬于三個(gè)步驟，在三個(gè)階段里邊預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)控制了利潤，它是利潤最大的生產(chǎn)程序。拉絲其次，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)利潤最低，按照國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)界有一個(gè)公式，預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)和拉絲和<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)比例7：2：1，這個(gè)比例是不是對(duì)，我不敢說，預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)的利潤最大，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)利潤最低，因?yàn)?A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%3c&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank"><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)既要受到預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)和拉絲的影響，也要受到最終客戶壓價(jià)的影響，所以形成<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)利潤最低。但是另外一方面大家知道，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)廠家又是和客戶聯(lián)系最緊密的，他掌握了市場(chǎng)，預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)廠家并不和客戶接觸，這里形成一個(gè)矛盾，預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)控制了利潤，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>生產(chǎn)又控制了市場(chǎng)，所以在這輕種情況下，一體化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)主要是指預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)、拉絲和<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>三個(gè)都有的，在競(jìng)爭中占有優(yōu)勢(shì)。3、國際上生產(chǎn)廠家也是向這個(gè)趨勢(shì)發(fā)展，我記得當(dāng)初康寧，應(yīng)該說國際上最大的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>生產(chǎn)廠家，并沒有<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>廠，所以在1999年就把BSCC所有<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>廠買下來，在2000年把西門子全部<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>廠買下來，通過這個(gè)購買變成一體化的企業(yè)，未來的趨勢(shì)在強(qiáng)烈競(jìng)爭中，綜合性和一體化的企業(yè)要處于優(yōu)勢(shì)。預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)因?yàn)楦?jìng)爭模式和<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>不一樣，所以現(xiàn)在在世界上也形成很奇怪的預(yù)制棒市場(chǎng)，生產(chǎn)企業(yè)所需要的投資，究竟投資要多少？這些資料我從去年國際線纜會(huì)議做報(bào)告里面估計(jì)的數(shù)字，年產(chǎn)一百萬芯公里<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>一體化企業(yè)，需要的投資大概是三千萬美元左右，這里面分別下來一是<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>預(yù)制棒大概是一千五百萬美元，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>拉絲五百萬美元左右，成纜大概一千萬美元，加起來是三千萬美元左右，經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理一體化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)最少具備年產(chǎn)五百萬芯公里以上的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>，五百萬芯公里以上的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>的產(chǎn)能經(jīng)濟(jì)上是合理的，形成經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理的一體化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)所需要的投資將近1.5億美元，現(xiàn)在一個(gè)美元兌人民幣的價(jià)格大概是8，建成經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理一體化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)需要大概12億人民幣，上面的成本對(duì)西方工業(yè)化國家來的，我們知道歐美國家人工成本占生產(chǎn)成本的20%以上。在發(fā)展中國家和低工資國家里邊人工成本占生產(chǎn)成本的比例低得多，發(fā)展中國家規(guī)模小多的一體化企業(yè)仍有競(jìng)爭力，所需要的投資也可能要小得多，世界的<A target="_blank">光纜</a>發(fā)展的歷史，很多都是通過自主創(chuàng)新引進(jìn)外國的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，自主創(chuàng)新發(fā)展起來的。這里面有兩個(gè)問題很關(guān)鍵，一是我們國家在技術(shù)方面是發(fā)展中國家，在技術(shù)方面比人家要落后一些，我們應(yīng)該接受人家的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，可以節(jié)省我們的時(shí)間，沒有必要很多事情我們都從頭開始，如果把人家的東西直接拿過來，可以節(jié)省我們的財(cái)力和精力。另外一方面，我們拿進(jìn)來的技術(shù)，很重要一點(diǎn)必須是先進(jìn)技術(shù)，把技術(shù)掌握了之后，一定要變成我們自主的產(chǎn)業(yè)，這樣才能真正起這個(gè)作用。 <BR><BR>　　在九十年代，我們引進(jìn)了很多<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A target="_blank">光纜</a>技術(shù)，全國九十年代拉絲塔有93臺(tái)，預(yù)制棒有30多臺(tái)，當(dāng)時(shí)引進(jìn)的技術(shù)不是很先進(jìn)，最后這些花了很多錢，都不是很成功，這方面我們確實(shí)應(yīng)該特別注意。引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)，開發(fā)自主產(chǎn)權(quán)，確實(shí)是很重要的，據(jù)雜志社統(tǒng)計(jì)，我們國家光通信技術(shù)專利僅占10%，這個(gè)豎子不知道準(zhǔn)確不準(zhǔn)確，這個(gè)技術(shù)我們作為<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>第二個(gè)大國，努力開發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的技術(shù)。我們?cè)趺礃哟蚱茋猱a(chǎn)品的壟斷局面？發(fā)展電力特種<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>OPGW的歷史?？紤]到在座的諸位并不是電力方面的產(chǎn)品接觸不是很多，我先把OPGW簡單和大家介紹一下。 <BR><BR>　　OPGW翻譯成中文就叫<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>復(fù)合架空地線，大家可以看到，這是OPGW的圖，把<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>或者<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>單元房在架空高壓輸電線的地線中，以實(shí)現(xiàn)在輸電線路上的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>通信。我既起了地線的作用，也能夠進(jìn)行通信，一線兩用。2000年以前，中國OPGW市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀怎么樣，早在1985年世界上OPGW生產(chǎn)發(fā)達(dá)廠家就進(jìn)入了中國，之后的十幾年間，中國的OPGW市場(chǎng)幾乎百分之百被外國公司壟斷，當(dāng)時(shí)的價(jià)格高達(dá)每公里16.5萬元，幾乎是相當(dāng)于現(xiàn)在國產(chǎn)OPGW價(jià)格的8倍之多。 <BR><BR>　　到2000年<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>公司和日立公司合資勝利鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)OPGW<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>的公司，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>日立<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>有限公司，這個(gè)公司一開始與我們當(dāng)初考慮到電力系統(tǒng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的要求是很高的，電力系統(tǒng)一般比較相信外國的產(chǎn)品，對(duì)國內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品能不能適應(yīng)，特別是對(duì)50萬伏能不能適應(yīng)，電力部門其實(shí)也有很多的考慮。一開始考慮開發(fā)出很先進(jìn)的OPGW產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)該和外國的產(chǎn)品一樣，甚至比它更優(yōu)秀的產(chǎn)品，這樣才能夠使我們的電力部門結(jié)束這種產(chǎn)品。<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>開發(fā)出全新塑料內(nèi)襯復(fù)合不銹鋼鋼管型OPGW<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>，取得國家發(fā)明里，成為國內(nèi)首家通過國家最級(jí)別鑒定的OPGW專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家。大家不是這一行的，我不準(zhǔn)備對(duì)它的性能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹。塑料內(nèi)襯復(fù)合不銹鋼鋼管OPGW<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>是可靠的結(jié)構(gòu)，產(chǎn)品性能都是很好的。我們后來又開發(fā)出鋁包不銹鋼管型和防雷OPGW，OPGW的外國廠家包括我在康寧賣給中國的OPGW防雷擊對(duì)中國是很重要的問題，我們也生產(chǎn)出防雷擊的OPGW。到2003年之后一系列廠家比如特發(fā)、通光、亨通、蘇州古河、匯源這些公司都進(jìn)入OPGW<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>領(lǐng)域。從2003年開始外國產(chǎn)品慢慢退出中國市場(chǎng)，到現(xiàn)在是百分之百退出中國市場(chǎng)，我自己也是深有感受，我在2000年離開西康公司之后，我慕尼黑康寧<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>系統(tǒng)的當(dāng)時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)大中華區(qū)、中國、香港、臺(tái)灣的OPGW銷售，在2000年以前基本上主要競(jìng)爭對(duì)手都是國外的廠家，<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>01年、02年沒有引起我們很大的注意，2002年以前，外國廠家不是壟斷地位了，還是占主導(dǎo)的地位。到2003年開始，我明顯感覺到，康寧的OPGW在中國生產(chǎn)很困難，國內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品尤其是<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>的產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭性越來越強(qiáng)，2004年到2005年外國產(chǎn)品基本上全部退出中國市場(chǎng)。<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>成為國內(nèi)最大的OPGW制造商，年生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到15000公里左右，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)交付38000多公里OPGW給600多個(gè)客戶，OPGW出口俄羅斯、波蘭、南非、西班牙這些國家，特別是出口波蘭和西班牙，也是兩個(gè)突破。 <BR><BR>　　我舉這個(gè)例子，無外乎為了說明，我們一定要引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)，自主創(chuàng)新，真正變成我們自己的產(chǎn)業(yè)，我們才有生命里和競(jìng)爭性，當(dāng)然這里面有另外一個(gè)突出的例子，長飛<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>，引進(jìn)飛利浦的技術(shù)，到現(xiàn)在是很重要的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>廠家，不光在國內(nèi)在世界上也是有舉足輕重的地位。 <BR><BR>　　開發(fā)先進(jìn)的OVD制棒技術(shù)。相對(duì)我們的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>產(chǎn)業(yè)制棒技術(shù)仍然是我們的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，國產(chǎn)棒只占國內(nèi)需求量的30—40%，我引進(jìn)國內(nèi)雜志上的報(bào)道。我們很多預(yù)制棒還是要進(jìn)口，有些廠盡管能夠生產(chǎn)預(yù)制棒，但是成本比較高，還是從外國買棒，我們國家預(yù)制棒取得很大的突破，長飛現(xiàn)在可能生產(chǎn)150毫米的大預(yù)制棒，應(yīng)該說技術(shù)取得很大的突破。大規(guī)模和低成本生產(chǎn)方面VOD和VAD的技術(shù)引導(dǎo)世界的潮流，特別是OVD技術(shù)有很大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。我本人有幸國際上四種主要的預(yù)制棒生產(chǎn)技術(shù)我都接觸過，這四種技術(shù)比較起來，如果從低成本或者質(zhì)量方面考慮，還是OVD技術(shù)最有優(yōu)勢(shì)。 <BR><BR>　　大家知道，OVD制造技術(shù)主要分成幾步，汽相沉積程序、脫水和燒結(jié)程序、拉絲程序。國內(nèi)的拉絲水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到了相當(dāng)高的水平。這是OVD制造工藝汽相沉積的簡圖。它是外相沉積，預(yù)制棒做出來之后，是比較疏松的預(yù)制棒，乳白色的，還要經(jīng)過脫水和燒結(jié)，因?yàn)槭鞘杷傻念A(yù)制棒，因此脫水能力很強(qiáng)，水分很容易散發(fā)出來，中心又是空的，水分不但從中心散發(fā)出來也可以從外面散發(fā)出來，這種OVD生產(chǎn)的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>水分是很低的。OVD工藝的優(yōu)點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模什么和低成本生產(chǎn)，90年代我在西康的時(shí)候，當(dāng)時(shí)提出來的時(shí)候不以為然，西康生產(chǎn)的普通<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>80%以上<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>1380已經(jīng)小于0.30分貝/公里，有一點(diǎn)很不以為然，康寧把這個(gè)產(chǎn)品也提出來，這里面也有策略性。OVD生產(chǎn)的<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>PND值很低，康寧公司生產(chǎn)對(duì)G.625<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a>拉絲的時(shí)候并不采取擺動(dòng)的方式，即使不采取擺動(dòng)的方式，PND也可以降得很低。OVD工藝很有優(yōu)勢(shì)，現(xiàn)在正好是國內(nèi)的缺陷。如果要實(shí)現(xiàn)OVD生產(chǎn)工藝的可能性是比較大的，過了專利保護(hù)期，英康、西康都關(guān)了，當(dāng)初在英康和西康OVD制棒的專家有的要么退休了有的就離開了康寧。有一個(gè)OVD的專家就被韓國三星聘過去了。如果發(fā)展自己的OVD工藝，我們自己也可以把這些人聘過來，因?yàn)樗麄儺吘乖谶@方面從事十幾、二十年的OVD制管的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí)。把他們請(qǐng)過來對(duì)我們的制棒業(yè)有很大的幫助。 <BR><BR>　　開拓國際市場(chǎng)，把產(chǎn)品推向全世界。這一點(diǎn)對(duì)我們是很有必要的，現(xiàn)在對(duì)我們是大好的機(jī)會(huì)，不少大型國際企業(yè)出<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纜</a>市場(chǎng)，提供我們進(jìn)入國際市場(chǎng)極好的機(jī)會(huì)，我們進(jìn)入可能性比較大，生產(chǎn)成本和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量都不錯(cuò)，我們進(jìn)入世界市場(chǎng)，特別是進(jìn)入歐美市場(chǎng)都是有可能的，OPGW產(chǎn)品打入西歐市場(chǎng)，現(xiàn)在很多的廠商增加向國際市場(chǎng)走，像長飛、匯源、<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%a9&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">中天</a>等，我們還要加大這方面的力度。作為世界上第二大<A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%ba%a4&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">光纖</a><A href="http://odinmetals.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%85%89%e7%bc%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8"
