     為了推動光電子與微電子技術及產業(yè)發(fā)展，增進中國與國際間本領域的交流與合作，帶動并促進地方高科技成果轉化及其經濟快速發(fā)展。天津濱海新區(qū)政府聯合中國航天科工集團公司，將于2014年11月中旬在天津共同發(fā)起舉辦“2014國際光電子與微電子技術及應用研討會”。通過本次大會為本領域國內外專家、學者、科研人員和企業(yè)界精英搭建一個產學研大平臺，打造技術對接洽談的盛會！

請作者登陸會議網站先提交英文摘要，摘要長度為300-400個單詞。收到錄用通知后，請按要求將論文全文提交至相應網站。第一輪摘要截至時間：2014年7月15日。

八、論文發(fā)表：
所有通過專家審查被會議錄用的論文，將在會議論文集上發(fā)表，論文集由EI核心收錄，會后約半年能夠在EI數據庫檢索到。部分優(yōu)秀論文（約30%）將被推薦到合作期刊正式發(fā)表（SCI 或 Ei 收錄）。
